Returns & Refunds

At JARDEON we strive to satisfy our customers 100%. If you have any questions or problems about our shipping or product, please send us an email and our team will be happy to assist you immediately.

1. Please contact us and describe the problems with your items that you would like to return.

2. Pack your items carefully and send them through your local post office to ensure they arrive safely.

3. We will process the return or exchange as soon as we receive your package.

4. Once your refund has been made, you will receive a confirmation email. We do not return customs duties, VAT, or any return costs that may result from the refund process. The refund will be refunded to the original payment method used to purchase the order.

Exchange: 14 days from delivery date in new condition with no visible wear and tear. The buyer must pay for the return if it is not covered by our warranty against manufacturer defects and the exchange is not due to our error.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you receive, please contact us.

PLEASE NOTE: This warranty only covers manufacturing defects, this does not include:

Accidental damage
Improper care
Normal wear and tear
Degradation of colors and materials by sun exposure
Returns / exchanges of products in contact with water are not accepted.

If you believe that the product you purchased does not meet the original requirements, you have the option to request a refund.

You can get a refund if:

You are not satisfied with your order: You have bought your JARDEON products in the last 14 days and would like to send them back.


The product you bought is completely inoperable.


We will process the refund as soon as we receive the items from you.


You haven't received your product within 60 business days or 90 business days
Please note that refunds can be refunded to your account in 3-5 business days.

Hints:

* If you return an item without notifying our customer service, our quality department will consider that item to be non-refundable.

* Please do not return to the attached address on the shipping package. It is not our return address, otherwise it would affect your return process.
